Claire Hurst supervises several programs within the Restorative Justice department of FSW, uncluding the newly formed mobile crisis response team. She has over 10 years of experience working with Justice involved individuals. She's also spent time managing a clinical department in a NYC Safe Haven with undomicilied men (civilian and veteran) who struggle to find humane ways to reenter community while living with co-occuring disorders. Claire also has over 10 years as a clinician. She received an MSW from Lehman College and has recently completed her CASAC training. Claire believes in and advocates for restorative circle practice as a key component of healing as we reclaim ourselves from trauma, and our communities in an effort to rebuild healthy villages. She also facilitates healing circles in community. Claire volunteers her time at a local food pantry and in helping others realize their goals.
